Shortlist and interview

If you are shortlisted for a position, you will be invited to attend an interview. This interview will include questions relating to your qualifications and work experience, as well as assessing key competencies such as problem-solving, leadership or interpersonal skills required for the position. You may also be asked to complete a business/technical assessment prior to your interview.

Employment screening

Successful candidates will then be taken through a screening process. The screening process may include education, residency, credit, criminal history and relevant professional qualifications.
